The COMO Tool Kit:
Establishing a Meningitis Organisation

Congratulations on taking an important step in establishing or further developing a meningitis or children's health organisation in your country!

The "Establishing a Meningitis Organisation Tool Kit" was developed by the Confederation of Meningitis Organisations as a way to facilitate the establishment of new meningitis and children's health organisations around the world. The Tool Kit is a product of the COMO member organisations' shared experiences and provides a step-by-step guide to developing a local organisation.

The attached documents will provide an outline and overview of the key steps needed to take when establishing an organisation. Click here to request the full Tool Kit and more information about the Confederation of Meningitis Organisations.
